New construction of a municipal facility in Paragould, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The NEA Regional Solid Waste Management District is applying for State and/or Federal funds for the construction of a 2,500 square feet typical administrative building. The District is seeking the services of an engineering or architecture firm or individual to provide services for this project. Selection procedures will follow the State of Arkansas procurement requirements. Responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability to perform the work, and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package by contacting Sara Stocker at East Arkansas Planning & Development District by email. All interested parties must submit three copies of their response to the Request for Qualifications package to NEASWMD Chair Mayor Josh Agee at 301 W. Court Street, Paragould, Arkansas 72450. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than 10:00 A.M., November 18, 2025. NEASWMD is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
