Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Arlington, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; for the construction of a retail development; for the renovation of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and retail development.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades) Bids received, after the time fixed above for receiving bids cannot be considered. River Rock Tobacco & Fuel is expanding the footprint of the convenience store. This includes a new build onto the East side of the existing store and renovation of the existing quick service restaurant. Work scope consist, offsite preparation, utility extensions, security system, HVAC upgrades , new parking lot/sidewalk and roadway re-striping. Bidder to propose phasing strategy to a Howgas station to operate during construction. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to be directed to Kevin Lo, at the office of the Architect, MG2. (206) 962- 6517 email: kevin.lo@mg2.com. The Owner will not answer any questions regarding the documents. Written requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall reach the Architect a minimum ofseven (7) calendar days prior to the bid date. A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians is required with each bid, in an. amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. This surety shall be forfeited in the event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for any reason and, in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bidder's qualifications shall be submitted with each bid. Bidder's qualifications are subject to approval by Owner
