Upon completion of demolition, the site shall be left clean, stable, and properly graded to drain efficiently into the existing storm inlets, which are to remain in place for future development phases. All on-site structures contain asbestos and other hazardous materials. These contaminants must be safely abated, removed, and disposed of in accordance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations governing hazardous materials management. All abatement activities must be performed by licensed and certified professionals, and appropriate documentation and disposal manifests must be provided to the owner upon completion. The site currently consists of approximately 21 apartment building sections, along with several smaller ancillary structures, spread across roughly 9.6 acres.
