Work for this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made by the Park District, consistent with the Illinois Department of Labor's determination for public works projects in Lake County. The successful contractor is required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Waukegan Park District as the certificate holder and as additional insured.
