Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project involves the construction and installation of a new air-cooled chiller system and Air-Handling Unit (AHU) for the Upgrade Station Chilled Water P\&ID 6 East project. The new chiller system will serve the existing AC-1 unit on the 8th floor, supporting the renovated oncology pharmacy, and the new AHU-1 on the 6th floor, which will serve the IV prep room.
