The scope of work involves providing municipal land surveying professional services for the Township. Applicants must designate a specific individual(s) to work with the Township and provide resumes for both the individual and Principals of the Business Entity. Qualification documents and Instructions to Applicants are available for download on the Township's website or for pick up on a CD-ROM. It is the applicant's responsibility to check the website regularly for possible addenda. The Township is not responsible for third party supplied documents, and potential respondents are cautioned that they are responding at their own risk if a third party supplied the RFP documents as they may or may not be complete. Copies of the RFP are also available free of charge in the Purchasing Agent's Office. Upon request and receipt of a FedEx account number, company name, address, phone number, and fax number, RFP packages will be overnighted on a CD-ROM. The solicitation package will not be emailed. Applicants are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Should any Applicant be in doubt as to the intent of the scope of work, they should immediately notify the Purchasing Agent, in writing, by either fax to 908-526-2452 or email to purchasing@branchburg.nj.us. Applicants may not rely on oral responses to inquiries. Questions left on voicemail will not be answered and calls will not be returned. Questions received later than stated shall be considered void and having no impact on the Township or the award of the contract. Requests for clarification must be received no less than seven (7) business days prior to the opening date. If determined that a clarification is required, an informal, numbered, 'Question and Answer' will be posted on the Township's website www.branchburg.nj.us no later than three (3) days before the opening date
