CR Number: 2128271 NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals ("Proposals") from qualified New York State licensed Architecture, Engineering, and Landscape Architecture firms (the "Proposers") to provide NYCHA with professional design services at various developments ("Developments" or "Sites"), in connection with the construction, rehabilitation/renovation and/or expansion, or new construction of NYCHA owned or managed residential and non-residential facilities. Professional services for design will be procured and provided on an "as-needed" basis.
