**As of January 19, 2026, the project was awarded to GO Underground, LLC, with an awarded amount of $516,152.91.** The work consists of the construction of two pump bypass structures, including concrete box structures, earth embankment and grading, and levee road reconstruction. All bid responses must be submitted electronically through the specified bidding portal. Original, hard copy, and late bids will not be accepted. Prospective respondents are encouraged to attend a pre-submittal conference (with both in-person and Zoom options available). To view the solicitation, access plans and specifications, and submit a bid, bidders must first register in the bidding portal. A Bidder's Bond from a reliable surety company licensed to operate in Texas, or a certified cashier's check, payable without recourse to the City of McAllen, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted as a guaranty.
