Demolition for a residential development in Cahokia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for all labor, materials, and work associated with the Cahokia Heights Demolition Program. Bids will be received by the City of Cahokia Heights at the specified address until the stated time and date, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid meeting must be attended to be eligible to bid. Bid packets can be obtained at the Code Enforcement Office or requested by mail for a fee, or may be obtained electronically at no cost. The project is funded through an IHDA grant and is subject to state and federal compliance requirements. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
