Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate a 500,000-gallon elevated storage tank by power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating the interior and exterior surface; abrasive blasting and recoating existing above ground well piping and well head with enclosure, generator enclosure, and CMU building; removing double swing gate and replacing with rolling gate. Sitework includes site restoration such as pavement removal and replacement, inlet modifications, and grading. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications and completed in place. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. All bids and bid securities must be submitted through www.civcastusa.com and comply with electronic bidding rules and requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) is also required with the bid. The deadline to ask questions is 12/05/2025 10:00 AM CST Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening.
