Water Treatment Plant I. Arena J. New Health Center Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, is a community of over 2000 people located on the western shore of Hudson Bay. It is approximately 1070 air kilometers east of Yellowknife. Rankin Inlet has a variety of connecting scheduled air service. Transportation for Owner supplied material is expected to be via sealift, departing out of Churchill Manitoba or Montreal, Quebec 1 The Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include all of the requirements specified throughout each of the Sections that comprise these Specifications. To fully comprehend the Work, these Specifications shall be read in conjunction with the Drawings and the Schedule of Prices included in the Tender and other Contract Documents. .2 This contract shall include all civil, structural, electrical and mechanical work required to complete the installation of the distribution system with branch connections to present and future customer buildings. .3 This contract includes the supply and installation of communications signal cable in the trench and aboveground, and into and out of each building.
