PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project entails the renovation of an existing structure that once housed classrooms and a garage. It will be converted to a 3,050 square foot EMS building, including limited site improvements. The station includes residential living quarters, and a three-bay back-in apparatus bay with support spaces, including bathroom, storage room, decontamination room, and office. The living quarters consist of 2 bedrooms, two single user full use bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, day room, and laundry room.
