Lincoln County is hereby seeking formal, sealed proposals from qualified licensed contractors authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico for County wide general construction services utilizing a GB-98 license for a multi-source on-call/on-demand basis in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year, from to 2026-2027. The County reserves the right to extend this contract, on an annual basis (or any portion thereof) and by mutual agreement, for up to three (3) additional one-year terms for annual updates. Under no circumstances will the term of this contract, including any extensions thereto, exceed three (3) years.
