Renovation of an educational facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to replace the boiler, pumps, gas fired blower coils and related equipment at St. Josaphat - 140 Greenwood Cres School, Regina, Sask. The work shall include all labour and materials necessary to complete the work as described. Bidders to act as General Contractors providing supervision and coordination for all required sub trade contractors. Work is expeceted to commence on or around June 1, 2026, and must be complete by August 25, 2026 prior to start of next school year. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Questions arising during the bidding period shall be submitted to MacPherson Engineering - Cailin MacPherson (c.macpherson@mac-eng.ca). Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than five (5) days before date set for receipt of bids.
