Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 14 addendum issued for this project. ** The City of St. John's is inviting contractors to submit a bid package on the construction of the new Goulds Fire Station. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 4:00 PM NT The new station will service Goulds and the surrounding areas and will replace the existing volunteer fire station. It will include 3 drive-through service bays, an apparatus, bay floor, kitchen, training and sleeping quarters as well as some administrative space. The fire station will be designed to meet Passive House Standards, with the intent of achieving Passive House Certification.
