Inclusive of GCs, GRs, insurances, and profit, we are estimating approximately $6.1 million for 1510 N 1st Street and $4.9 million for The Willows Apartments. The property has eight, 1 and 2-story, Multifamily buildings, constructed around 1973. The buildings contain a total floor area of approximately 33,328 square feet. No seismic related structural damage was reported or noted at the time of our site visit.
