Renovation of a medical facility in Thessalon, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical clinic.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Apply, obtain and pay for all required applications, permits and inspections The contractor is required to obtain a Municipal Building Permit at the contractor's cost Mobilize to site Provide and install construction safety barriers, and signage as required. Complete all work in accordance with the Contract drawings, including, but not limited to: Demolition Renovate and reconstruct the existing building Construct new additions Clean up and removal from site of all surplus material. Demobilization from site For a complete description of the work, refer to the drawings and specifications.
