The project is expected to be awarded on December 17,2025.** Scope of Work of the Contract consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Pond 1 Outfall Connection Improvements and Directors Drive Drainage Improvements in City of Stafford. The Contractor is responsible for all coordination with all utility companies, pipeline companies, ambulance, police and fire departments during construction. The Contractor shall contact Mr. Richard Jones, P.E. at (832) 834-5496 48-hours before commencing work and 24-hours before any testing or placement of concrete. The Contractor shall give a minimum of 48-hours advance notice before working on weekends or holidays. Scope of Work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Pond 1 Outfall Connection Improvements and Directors Drive Drainage Improvements in City of Stafford. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within 10 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Substantial Completion of the Authorized Work within 60 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to achieve Final Completion of the Authorized Work within 90 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
