Renovation of a communication facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,900-square-foot, one-story above grade communication facility.
The scope of work includes removing three DX units, installing three air handler units and connecting them to the campus chilled water system. Work also includes the installation of VAVs and hot water piping, installation of ductwork and new diffusers, and replacing the main entrance electrical gear and panels. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts. Plans and specifications are available to Prime Bidders by contacting McKim & Creed. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
