Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work completed under this Contract will involve confirmation of existing water service line materials and replacement of confirmed lead services and galvanized services located downstream of lead. Replacement of service lines from the water main to the stop box are generally located in the public right of way. Replacement of service lines from the stop box to the meter will require access to private property and owner's consent. Owner's consent has been received for 197 addresses. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining owner's consent for the remaining addresses if they require access to private property. Estimated quantities shown on the Proposal are not guaranteed. The Work shall be completed and accounted for solely through work orders issued by DMWW. No Pre-Bid Meeting Scheduled Est. Completion Date: Oct. 30, 2026
