Honolulu Zoo Cheetah View Bunker Rebuild, Job No. 25-p-12 requires the rebuild of the Cheetah View Bunker. Bidders must read and examine all solicitation documents and instructions, taking responsibility to understand the work requirements and existing conditions. Submission of a bid confirms this understanding. No claims for additional compensation will be allowed based on lack of knowledge or misunderstanding. The project is subject to the Hawaii Revised Statutes and Hawaii Administrative Rules, and if any provisions conflict, those statutes and rules will govern. The most recent addenda to the solicitation will take precedence over previously issued documents. Separate scope of work, offer pages, special provisions, requirements, specifications, or plans referenced or attached are considered part of the solicitation and, if in conflict, will govern over general instructions.
