Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The scope includes renovation of main and second floor nurses' stations, medication rooms, and chart rooms, to provide a functional space meeting the storage, safety, and security requirements. Finishing upgrades in areas of renovation. The scope of the renovation will be limited to the existing nurses' stations and adjacent areas. Project Requirements: Security barriers are required at the nurses' station and adjacent corridors. Existing blanket warmer needs to be incorporated within the new layout. Card access will be required for nurses' station, med room, and chart room. Existing nurses' station needs to be operational during construction.
