This is an invitation to submit a sealed bid for the furnishing of supplies, equipment and/or services subject to the terms and conditions and special instruction of this bid. Question Deadline 11/17/2025 at 4:30 PM ET If needed, a Q&A Addendum will be issued on November 20, 2025, to all bidders of record at that time. Questions must be submitted in writing to the following e-mail: PurchasingGroup@brookhavenny.gov SCOPE A. The work to be performed under this bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawing and/or as approved by the Town/Engineer for both contracts. B. In general, the work shall include but not be limited to the following: o Excavation & Grading o Expansion of Recharge Basin o Creation of Rock-Lined Drainage Swale o RCA Pavement for Solar Field o Type 1 Erosion Control Mat o Topsoil and Seed C. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing and for the convenience of each Contractor, the items of work are specified under the Standard Divisions of the Construction Specifications Institute. D. The work covered under these Divisions shall be bid under one contract. F. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating their contractual construction schedules. Contractor shall submit a computer-generated critical point method schedule indicating all items of work under their respective contract. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to update the schedule as required to reflect changes in schedule of any or all Prime Contractors.
