The St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District") is seeking bids ("Submittals") from qualified, experienced Contractors for the Burrell Dam Rehabilitation project located on Haines Creek. The District intends to award a contract to one Contractor capable of delivering the services outlined in this solicitation. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the St. Johns River Water Management District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Special accommodations for disabilities may be requested through the Contracts Administrator or by calling (800) 955-8771 (TTY), at least five (5) business days before the date needed. Diversity. The District is committed to the opportunity for diversity in the performance of all procurements, and encourages its prime vendors (contractors and suppliers) to make good faith efforts to ensure that Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBE) are given the opportunity for maximum participation, as the second- and lower-tier participants.
