Renovation of a swimming pool in Seymour, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
Work consists of general, mechanical, and electrical construction for improvements to Seymour Shields Park Pool. Bidders are required to review all bidding and contract documents for detailed requirements and specifications regarding this project. The contract will consist of the following improvements to the existing Shields Park Pool, including but not limited to, removal and replacement of the existing main pool mechanical system, removal of the existing children’s splash deck, construction of a new children’s activity pool and concessions seating area, waterslide replacement, and construction of a new mechanical building with restrooms Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer in writing via email at: mharris@hwcengineering.com. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received after the stated deadline for questions may not be answered.
