Scope of Work: Thoroughly clean roofing surface Installation of 60 MIL TPO membrane per manufacturers specifications o Install insulation board throughout roofing sytem o Install termination bar, new roof drains as needed, new TPO pipe boots as needed, new pitch pockets as needed, and new flashing around all curbs and roof penetrations Vendor is responsible for cleaning up job site and any needed dumpsters Vendor is responsible for any necessary equipment such as lifts, etc. Vendor to provide product specifications and warranties
