The units consist of twenty-six (26) one-bedroom townhomes, fifty-eight (58) two-bedroom townhomes, and forty-four (44) threebedroom townhomes, totaling 128 units. Brief Description - Scope of Work: Corban Townhomes, 1455 Corban Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, adjoining La Armada Apartments, is soliciting proposals for the following: 1. repaint exterior of all twenty-two (22) – two story buildings including seven (7) trash enclosures, one office/community building, and one (1) maintenance building. 2. Replacement of existing HVAC Systems 3. Exterior Site Repairs of Sidewalks, Curbs and Street repairs. The development of the Corban Project consists of 22 – two story buildings including seven trash enclosures with 6’ walls, one (1) office/community building, and one maintenance building. The project has 128 units and during the time of use needs cleaning and repainting of exterior walls, trim, soffit, doors, and fascia, replacement of HVAC Systems and curb, sidewalk and street repairs. The scope of work includes furnishing labor, equipment, and material to properly execute the scope of work.
