Renovation of a mixed-use development in Retsof, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Attention of the Bidders is called to the requirements regarding the NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry. Bidders are required to submit a copy of their valid Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration shall not be accepted as a substitute for a valid Certificate of Registration. A Bid not accompanied by required bid security, a valid NYS Department of Labor Certificate of Registration or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection. SED Control No. 24-17-01-04-0-001-02x As found in the Bid Form, bidders must submit a separate sealed envelope with a list of names and amounts to be paid to applicable HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical subcontractors. The list may not be changed unless the public owner finds a legitimate construction need, including a change in specifications or costs or use of a project labor agreement (PLA), and must be open to public inspection. The last addendum will be issued by November 19th, 2025. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders, must be deposited by each Bidder with his Bid as a guarantee that, in the case the contract is awarded to him, he will then, ten days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, and the Bidder shall not withdraw his Bid for a period of forty-five days after the above date of Bid opening, and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in Instructions to Bidders.
