Site work and new construction of a stadium in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade stadium.

The project includes providing a concession and restroom building beneath an existing lean-to metal building and above the metal building's grade beam and pedestal foundation. The new building will consist of a raised slab-on-grade foundation, concrete masonry units, and a wood-framed ceiling/roof structure with a single-ply membrane roof finish. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical from the street, Highway 613, to and into the building shall be provided and fully functional upon completion. All kitchen appliances and equipment will be furnished by the Owner. The project also includes sidewalks, fill material, grading, and grassing along the north side of the existing arena. Electrical work to provide the large arena fans, lights, and the receptacles at the base of the existing metal building columns is included, as well as the extension of conduit from the main service panel at the building to the location of the future press box. Contractors have the option of submitting their bids in a sealed envelope or electronically. All bids must include the required forms and be submitted with either a certificate of responsibility number or a statement that the bid is less than $50,000.00. Electronic bids must be in pdf format and secured with a bid bond, and must contain the same information as paper bids. If an electronic bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void. Bidders must register with the designated website to obtain official notifications and documents.
