The project mainly involves replacing the existing pneumatic control system on the heating and ventilation equipment. Note that the existing control sequences will be retained. The existing electronic controllers will be retained. Refer to the plans for the types of areas to be worked on and the modifications to be made to the systems. This description of the work is for information purposes only. Refer to the plans and specifications for the full scope of the work. Please note that this call for tenders only concerns phase 2 as described in the plans and specifications. The first phase was carried out in the summer of 2025. The plumbing work will be carried out by a contractor hired by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION but under the responsibility of the SERVICE PROVIDER. Readings (balancing) are required for the ventilation systems but not for the heating system. The building will remain occupied by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's customers and employees during the work.
