Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade road / highway.

The project consists of two separate construction areas located along Dogwood Street and College Street in Marianna, Florida: - College Street improvements consist of rehabilitating an existing 55"x73" elliptical culvert with an interior cementitious liner and extending an existing 6'x4' concrete box culvert beneath College Street. Construction also includes installation of two junction boxes for storm sewer access. - Dogwood Street improvements consist of constructing a 1.2-acre wet-detention stormwater management facility, including installation of 48-inch culverts, drainage inlets and manholes, end treatments, riprap, and outfall structures. The project also includes reconstruction and resurfacing of the existing asphalt roadway, curb and gutter replacement, and pavement markings. Additional site improvements include sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, pond fountain, and other hardscape features. Sunset Drive improvements consist of the reconstruction of an existing City park, including installation of a new pickleball court, playground, basketball court, covered pavilion, sidewalks, parking areas, and asphalt pavement. Drainage improvements include the construction of double 36-inch culverts, end treatments, drainage inlets, and yard drains. Additional site enhancements include landscaping and various hardscape features. d. Wynn Street improvements consist of upgrades to Wynn Street Park as well as drainage improvements along Wilton Street and Caledonia Street. Park improvements include regrading the site, reconstructing sidewalks throughout the park, removing existing playground equipment and installing new equipment at a higher elevation, replacing or adding drainage inlets and yard drains, reshaping an existing drainage ditch, installing riprap and ditch pavement. Improvements on Wilton Street include replacing existing curb inlets, constructing endwalls, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and resurfacing the existing asphalt roadway. Improvements on Caledonia Street consist of constructing new Type 2 curb inlets. Sealed bids must be submitted in triplicate. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the form and amount provided in the Information for Bidders, with sureties acceptable under Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled closing time. Bidders are encouraged to solicit participation from minority businesses, service-disabled veteran businesses, women's business enterprises, small businesses, and labor surplus area firms, providing documentation of such solicitation. Firms utilizing subcontractors are encouraged to actively solicit from these entities. All contracts and subcontracts must adhere to affirmative steps for inclusion of minority and women's business enterprises and labor surplus area firms in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321.
