The project will involve removal and installation of asphalt, installation of subbase to elevate the road, removal of existing stormwater components and installation of stormwater drainage system improvements. Included in the base bid proposal is the construction and installation of A.D.A. compliant curb ramps and concrete sidewalk, replacement of concrete curb, traffic striping, reconstruction of existing driveway aprons, reconstruction of existing roadway, removal of existing storm drainage structures including outfall pipes in the bulkhead as shown on the plans, installation of new storm drainage systems, and all else required to complete the project.
