Renovation of a military facility in Santa Ana, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade military facility.

As of December 17th, 2025, this project has been cancelled and will re-bid in the future. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary for the Vault Door Lock Replacement at multiple locations in California. Work to include: replacing the combination dial and locking devices for existing GSA Vault Doors at the Santa Ana, Orange, and Fullerton Armories. All work must be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed as instructed. Prospective bidders must schedule a site visit as directed. A type C-28 - Lock and Security Equipment Contractor license and GSA Certification DoD Lock Program are required for the prime contractor. All questions must be submitted via email by the specified deadline.
