Redevelopment and renewal of the Hoyme Complex at Augustana Campus. 1. Demolition and Site Redevelopment: Complete demolition of the East Hall and West Hall wings, including all related building systems, foundations, and services. Site restoration following demolition, including grading, drainage, and seeding/sod to integrate with the surrounding campus environment. 2. Renovation of Central Wing (Hoyme Hall): Comprehensive renovation of the existing Hoyme Hall, including Building envelope upgrades, such as exterior walls, windows, doors, roofing, and insulation, to improve energy performance and building durability. Mechanical system upgrades, including heating, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Electrical system upgrades, including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems. Interior modernization, including renewal of finishes, accessibility improvements, and potential reconfiguration of spaces to support current residence life needs. Coordination with applicable codes, campus design standards, and sustainability objectives. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for design consulting services was issued in November 2025. Further details will not be shared for publication. Scope of work and project schedules may be updated if/when a public tender has been issued. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
