Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of January 12, 2026, project was awarded to Core Mechanical, Inc. but awarded amount is not available. Saucedo ES - AHU #2 New Coils Replacement - Interior Painting. Pre-qualification requirements: Only prequalified bidders in various trades are eligible. Remove existing coils and replace with 8 new valves and 8 new coils. Pipe in condensate lines into existing main condensate - Isolate Air Handling Unit. - Drain Down - Open Up Air Handling Unit to Remove Existing Coils - Cut Out Existing Piping and Existing Coils. - New Coils -East coils are 154" x 76", west coils 152" x 93 -The coils need to be custom fabricated as needed. - Provide Piping Modifications to Accommodate New Coils. - Test to Ensure Safe and Efficient Operations. - Perform Factory Start Up Upon Completion. - Vendors walkthrough is required -Mandatory Walkthrough for all bidders
