Sealed bid proposals are requested for Cafeteria Alterations for a Pre-K Classroom at Irving Primary School for the Highland Park Board of Education. Bidders must submit a single lump sum bid. All work must be performed in accordance with the project's drawings and manuals, including all incidental work. Bidders must use the designated forms, comply with specified requirements, and submit a bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid (not exceeding $20,000).
