The Fulton County Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide construction services for roof replacements at Crabapple Crossing and Sweet Apple Elementary Schools, located at 12775 Birmingham Highway, Milton, GA 30004 and 12025 Etris Road, Roswell, GA 30075. Specific duties are described in the referenced General Conditions and Project Summary & Directory sections. Proposals must follow all instructions laid out, including submitting one original, six copies, and a flash drive in a sealed envelope marked with the proposal number. The offeror is responsible for ensuring all addenda are included and must register their company with the FCS vendor database. Complete proposal documents should be used, and proposals must be clearly marked with the identity of the offeror. Faxed submissions are not accepted.
