Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, sediment and turbidity control, pollution prevention, clearing and grubbing, maintenance of traffic, canal bypass pumping, temporary steel sheet piling, dewatering, demolition and replacement of existing canal culvert pipe, street drainage pipe and structures, demolition and restoration of pavement, curb and sidewalk, shaping and excavation and grading of the existing canals banks, construction of concrete end walls, construction of filter point grout mat, relocation of existing water main pipe, replacement of existing PVC gravity sewer main piping with ductile iron pipe, cutting into and connecting to existing street drainage pipe and canal culvert pipes, pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement markings, sodding and other miscellaneous and incidental items to provide a complete project as specified in the Contract Documents.
