As of January 14, 2026, project is awarded to the following contractors: 1. Contract A - Alcott, Inc. dba TCH $4,327,227.25 2. Contract B - Fambro Construction, LLC $1,892,658.00. 3. Contract C - EGW Services $1,679,844.00 4. Contract D - B&L Construction Co. $2,091,404.00 The project consists of constructing approximately 3,584 linear feet of proposed water line, primarily 12" diameter but also including sections of 8" and 20" diameter lines, with about 359 linear feet to be installed by boring. It also includes installation of approximately 1,582 linear feet of proposed PVC gravity sewer line, including 10" and 12" diameter lines, with roughly 276 linear feet by boring. Other related items are to be included in accordance with the contract documents. Each proposal must include a bond not less than five percent (5%) of the base price proposal, ensuring the successful proposer will enter into a contract and execute the required bonds. The surety company providing the bond must meet requirements for surety companies providing performance, payment, and maintenance bonds as described in the instructions to proposers. The owner reserves the right to interpret ambiguous or unclear proposal prices, or to reject any or all proposals. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Proposer shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered.
