Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheshire, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

The Town of Cheshire is seeking proposals for Town and School Physical Security Upgrades as detailed in the Specifications section. Proposals must include one (1) original hard copy and two (2) electronic copies (USB thumb drive preferred) of all proposal documents. Proposals are to be submitted to the Office of the Town Manager, Cheshire Town Hall, by the specified date and time. Submissions by e-mail or fax will not be accepted, and late proposals will be rejected. Proposers must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the specified time and location. Each proposer must check the Towns website for any issued addenda and prepare their proposal in accordance with any modifications. Proposals must be held firm for sixty (60) calendar days after the opening date. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate the request, accept all or part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive informalities or non-material deficiencies, and award the proposal in the Towns best interests.
