The transformer ("Equipment" or "unit") purchase is to also include factory testing, commissioning support, required submissions and warranty of the transformer, all in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of the RFT. The transformer will be stored, installed, and commissioned by the General Contractor (hired under separate contract) during construction of the new building. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval
