Location: Williamstown Resurfacing and Related Work on Route 7 District: 1 Project Type: Pavement - Surfacing A Proposal Guaranty in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid is required Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the Pavement-surfacing category to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by the Department prior to the opening of Proposals MADOT: Resurfacing and Related Work on Route 7 M/WBE Participation Goal 0% 1) Pavement fine-mill and adjust the sideroad approaches to meet the new roadway surface. 2) Roadway patching as required. 3) Install new hook lock frame, grates and covers as required. 4) Adjusting and rebuilding drainage structures as required. 5) Repairing defective structures within the roadway as required. 6) Removing drainage sediments from structures, and pipes. 7) Install new recessed multi-component pavement markings. 8) Install new slotted pavement markers. 9) Install new milled rumble strips where shoulders are greater than 8 ft and on centerline. 10) Remove and upgrade guardrail end treatments and non-compliant guardrail as required. 11) Remove and replace curb as required. 12) Overlay existing driveways and waterways as required. 13) Loaming and seeding areas disturbed by construction operations. 14) Bridge Deck Repairs.
