sealed bids for the performance of a ditch widening and improvement project involving the DISTRICT's current surface drain and drainage tile located in the south half of Section 2 of Normal Township, McLean County, Illinois. The project creates a new two-stage waterway ditch and will include rough earth excavation and spreading for the ditch area, waterway grading and excavation, collapsing the existing tile mains that parallel the proposed ditch area, installing grade stabilization structure and seeding the newly established ditch area. The DISTRICT reserves the rights to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids and to accept any bids deemed most favorable to the interest of the DISTRICT after all bids have been examined and tabulated.
