Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

This project includes the revitalization of Genesee Crossroads Park and the Genesee Riverway Trail on the east side of the Genesee River, which is connected to Austin Steward Plaza via the Sister Cities Pedestrian Bridge. The project will include public safety improvements, enhanced visibility and river views, and Riverway Trail reconstruction to provide full accessibility for all users. The scope of the work consists of, but is not limited to: demolition, grading, sidewalk and trail construction, drainage improvements, retaining walls, and park amenities including lighting, seating, and landscaping. Refer to the project proposal bid sheets and plan set for additional information on the Bid Alternates. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting.
