Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Ottewell Place Lodge is a three-storey building with 124 units, located at 6207 - 92 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6B 0S3. This project involves the complete removal and replacement of the existing rooftop make-up air (MUA) units. GEF Seniors Housing has engaged CIMA+ to prepare the project specifications and drawings (attached). The intent is to deliver a turn-key solution, including all associated labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for the successful completion of the MUA unit modernization. The successful contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor and assumes all responsibilities accordingly.
