Remodeling of an educational facility in Cass City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The estimated cost is $100k. 1. The purchaser reserves the right to revise quantities, reject any and all bids, and waive any informality. 2. Unless otherwise noted, items bid are assumed identical to the specified make, model, accessories, and quantities; deviations must be noted and descriptive literature supplied. 3. Delivery dates must be within the specified dates or as promised on the accepted bids. 4. All shipping costs must be included in the bid price, with delivery to specified locations and the supplier assuming liability for any damage or injury during unloading and handling. Vendors must remove all rubbish and debris from their work. 6. Bids must be firm for at least 120 days or until project completion. 7. Bids are due on or before 10:00 am on November 21st, 2025. 8. Bids must be returned to Cass City Public Schools, Attention: Shari Bock, Sealed Bid Number: Cass City cafeteria tables, 4868 Seeger Street, Cass City, MI 48726. 10. Bids will be awarded on or before November 24th, 2025. 11. Final payment to the vendor is due 90 days after contract completion and acceptance by the owner or as indicated on the accepted bid. 12. Any quantity discounts must be indicated in writing at the time of the bid opening. 13. All items must be fully guaranteed free of flaws and defects for at least one year from acceptance; repairs or replacements under this guarantee are the vendor's responsibility. 14. All bid proposals must be signed by the company president or designee. 15. Bidders must certify they are not an Iran-linked business as defined by MCL 129.312. 16. Information on equipment service, contracts, costs, location of service representatives, and procedures to assure minimum downtime must be included at bid opening. 17. Bidders must have proof of appropriate licensing and insurance to perform all work and must provide proof after acceptance of the bid.
