Site work for a mixed-use development in Dale, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade road / highway.
The work consists of the construction of Bollinger Phase 5A in Caldwell County, generally covering Streets, Drainage, Water, and Wastewater Improvements. Bids are to be submitted to Ranch Road Bollinger, LLC, on behalf of Bollinger Municipal Utility District. Bid documents, which include CAD files, plans, and bid documents, are available for purchase from the Project Engineer. A Pre-Qualification Statement must be completed and submitted with the proposal, and a cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid must accompany each bid. If awarded the contract, the bidder must enter into a contract and provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price within 10 days. A Maintenance Bond of 10% of the contract price will be required for two years post-acceptance. Prevailing wage rates apply in accordance with Government Code 2258. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects or irregularities in the bidding process except the time of submitting a bid. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 90 days after opening.
