Engage a licensed Contractor to provide lawn mowing and landscape maintenance services for various sites in Town. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain the sites in an attractive and healthy condition in accordance with the Towns specifications and standards. Detailed maintenance requirements, site list, and specifications are included in Scope of Work. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual pre-bid meeting and to conduct site visits. The work shall be performed between April 1st and November 30th of each year. No services will be performed during December, January, February or March. here are 52 mowing sites. Each site has varying needs and size. In total, the sites equate to roughly 13 acres of land. The initial term of the landscaping maintenance services will begin April 1, 2026, and run through November 30, 2026, with renewal options as approved by Mayor and Council.
