Metro is seeking bidders for on-call Demolition Services. Contractor will demolish and legally dispose of the structures, infrastructure and building materials, and all other related items described in the project specific scope of work. It is anticipated that Work shall be provided under this Contract in a series of individual Projects, each of which shall have to be contracted for in a "Work Order" having its own defined scope of work and schedule of values, which shall be agreed upon between Metro and Contractor derived from and consistent with this Agreement, the Contractor's Proposal, the Master Scope of Work, and the Master Schedule of Values. Work orders shall be for small stand-alone demolition projects not to exceed $100,000.00, and that are not scheduled for construction or reconstruction for at least a year.
