Notice is hereby given that the Town of Garner ("Town") invites submittals of bids for the Town of Garner Park Furnishings Replacement Project. The Town of Garner (Town) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation (following manufacturers' recommendations) of picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, and other park furnishings in Town parks. This RFP states the instructions for submitting proposals, the specifications for the work, and the procedure and criteria by which a Contractor may be selected. Question Deadline 11/20/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions concerning this RFP must be in writing and should be directed to Catherine Dalton CDalton@garnernc.gov. Bid date notes: All bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Town. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. Bid submissions may be mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed to the address below and must arrive prior to the submission deadline. If mailed or hand-delivered: Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner of the envelope. If emailed: Each bid must be submitted in one PDF file addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed in the subject line of the email. If any files are password protected, they will be considered non-responsive.
